Why do some contestants have the same missed call number?
In some seasons, Star Maa uses a single toll-free number with IVR menu. You dial the number, then press the contestant's code. We'll clarify the format when Season 10 format is announced.
How often are voting numbers updated?
We update within 15 minutes of numbers being announced on Star Maa (typically Monday nomination episodes). Vote counts (trends) are updated daily based on public social media analysis.
Can I vote for multiple contestants?
Yes, you can distribute your daily vote limit across multiple contestants on Hotstar/JioCinema. Missed call/SMS: one vote per call/message for that specific contestant.
What happens if a contestant is eliminated?
Eliminated contestants' voting lines are closed. We mark them as "Eliminated" and remove their numbers. Votes for eliminated contestants don't count.
